Processing time differs from product to product. All items are made-to-order and request 1-3 business days to handcraft.

Many factors contribute to delivery time. We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible within these time frames that are listed on each product page.

Please note that the shipping address will be take from PayPal record (PayPal checkout model).If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However we are unable to change the shipping method or address once we ship your orders.

TRACKING AN ORDER

IMPORTANT
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package because of address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs,if you 30% restocking fee.

All dearlygift_com products are personalized. Some items have longer production days than others. These details can be found on the product pages and throughout the checkout process.

Customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to international shipments. dearlygift has no control over these charges taken by customs or delivery services.

We currently dont support shipping to P.O. Boxes or military addresses

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email, which offer youTrack Number to track your item as it makes its way to you. You can also check the status of your order by Track Your Order with your Order ID and Email.

Estimated Shipping

The estimated Shipping date is based on the selected shipping method. Shipping dates are based on business days and theydo not include weekends and holidays.
Please note that special orders may have a longer processing and manufacturing time frame.
